About the role
- Utilise technical BA skills and SDLC expertise to deliver systems integration and data-centric solutions
- Conduct analytical business analysis, gather requirements, and influence decisions within Software Engineering and digital teams
- Establish and drive requirements gathering activities focused on systems integration, API interfaces, and data flows
- Organise and facilitate requirements workshops, technical walkthroughs, and data mapping sessions
- Create user personas and user journeys, considering technical and data integration touchpoints
- Produce documentation including use cases, user stories, technical data flow diagrams, prototypes, wireframes, proposals, and strategy documents
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Ownership to prioritise technical and data integration requirements and groom delivery backlogs
- Lead multiple platform and application development teams; coordinate meetings, measure progress, and monitor team performance with the Delivery Manager
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve impediments, analyse data-related needs, define integration approaches, and understand inter-team dependencies
- Influence change to increase team performance and promote an open, respectful team environment
- Provide servant leadership and act as technical liaison when required
- Organise and facilitate daily stand-ups, requirement estimation, sprint and release planning, demos, and track integration and data deliverables
Requirements
- Experienced Technical Business Analyst with a track record of delivering enterprise projects, specifically involving systems integration and data-driven solutions
- Hands-on experience with integration projects (APIs, middleware, data pipelines)
- Deep understanding of data flows, data mapping, interface specifications, and technical process flows
- Development background and/or strong knowledge of the SDLC
- Proven Agile and Scrum practitioner; Scrum Master experience preferred
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, elicit technical requirements, and drive team performance
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional technical teams
- Ability to lead multiple platform and application development teams and coordinate with subject matter experts
