Third-Party Oversight Manager

Auditor

• Manage and undertake internal audit reviews, working closely with an Internal Audit Manager to ensure reviews are risk-based and add value
• Deliver end to end audits including communicating observations, agreeing actions, and producing impactful, high quality reporting
• Lead a portfolio of audits with a focus on finance and prudential risk while contributing to wider Group reviews
• Update audit focus based on changes and awareness of risk issues across business areas
• Assist in embedding the use of data analytics and agile ways of working as part of core audit delivery
• Build trusting and open relationships with colleagues across the business and with external stakeholders
• Maintain continual professional development with regard to internal audit, industry and regulatory requirements
• Report to an Internal Audit Manager and collaborate with senior internal auditors to deliver the Group internal audit plan

Senior Internal Auditor

• Align Technology and Data capacity with delivery of strategic and operational changes across the organisation
• Act as the entry point for all Technology and Data related change, triaging, assessing, and routing demand appropriately
• Balance resource availability with operational resilience, protecting business critical services and compliance obligations
• Support delivery of enterprise change while ensuring operational stability
• Work closely with Enterprise Change and Demand Planning team, key stakeholders and delivery/scrum teams
• Represent the Technology and Data function in prioritisation forums and resolve demand conflicts
• Provide visibility of capacity across BAU, change and operations to enable risk-informed prioritisation and sustainable delivery planning

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support delivery of successful month end financial close
• Prepare and analyse reconciliations, consolidations and other key financial close activities
• Provide timely and insightful information to stakeholders including senior finance leadership team
• Collate and understand month end close requirements from stakeholders
• Partner with Group Finance teams and wider business to get line of sight on business performance
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for the Group
• Lead Finance Operations representation with internal and external audit teams, act as conduit for requests and resolve outstanding actions
• Support Financial Close Manager in supervising and developing the Group's Financial Close team
