About the role
- Play an important part in Finance Operations & Control team
- Ensure colleagues are paid accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll and benefits records
- Ensure compliance with legislation and internal controls
- Contribute to continuous improvement by analysing KPIs
- Review colleague MI and help refine systems and processes
Requirements
- Hands-on experience running end-to-end payroll
- Solid understanding of payroll legislation
- Tax compliance knowledge
- Absence management experience
- Attention to detail
- Confidence working with numbers and data
- Organised approach to work
- Ability to prioritise requests
- Adaptability to change in a fluid role
