About the role

  • Play an important part in Finance Operations & Control team
  • Ensure colleagues are paid accurately and on time
  • Maintain payroll and benefits records
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and internal controls
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by analysing KPIs
  • Review colleague MI and help refine systems and processes

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience running end-to-end payroll
  • Solid understanding of payroll legislation
  • Tax compliance knowledge
  • Absence management experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidence working with numbers and data
  • Organised approach to work
  • Ability to prioritise requests
  • Adaptability to change in a fluid role
