About the role
- Guide customers through requirements to build a house on their lot(s) and support them throughout the home-building/buying journey
- Secure sales through excellent customer service and closing techniques
- Participate in continuous sales training to sharpen skills and product knowledge
- Build brand awareness and drive traffic via local networking and marketing initiatives
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities
- Provide strategic community-level leadership to influence builder decisions
- Work onsite at assigned communities and periodically travel to meet buyers at their properties
Requirements
- Must be able to work 5 days a week onsite, including Saturdays (9am - 5pm); Sundays and one weekday off
- Ability to travel periodically to connect with buyers at their properties
- 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a consistent record of high performance
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability
- Proficient with presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- Real estate license not required
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available
- Employment contingent upon a background check conducted in compliance with applicable laws
