About the role
- Guide buyers through the new home sales process and close deals.
- Continuous training and sales development to sharpen skills and product knowledge.
- Build brand awareness and drive traffic through local networking and marketing initiatives.
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities.
- Shape builder decisions through strategic, expert-level community management.
- Work onsite in assigned regions (Carlisle, Harrisburg, York, Lebanon, Lancaster PA).
Requirements
- Must work onsite Tuesday - Saturdays, 9am - 5pm.
- 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a consistent record of high performance.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability.
- Proficient in utilizing presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus.
- Bachelor's preferred; must obtain a real estate license during training.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Visa sponsorship is not available.
