About the role
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance policies
- Assist clients with transaction requests
- Provide general information about the organization
- Redirect customers to colleagues for specialized needs
- Responsible for handling complaints and finding effective solutions
- Conduct appropriate follow-ups to ensure positive client relationships
- Identify and suggest opportunities for service improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of finance or savings products (an asset)
