About the role
- Drive Client Growth
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-growth startup/DTC accounts, serving as the senior point of contact.
- Lead media strategy in your channel of expertise (Paid Social strongly preferred), while partnering across channels to deliver integrated performance.
- Ramp quickly to take ownership of accounts independently, relieving team bandwidth and driving measurable client impact.
- Build strong client relationships, navigating both day-to-day execution and higher-level strategic conversations.
- Lead With Expertise
- Serve as a channel specialist with deep knowledge in Meta and/or TikTok, while confidently speaking to adjacent platforms (Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Google, etc.).
- Translate client goals into innovative testing, creative feedback, and performance strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, evolving approach to keep clients competitive.
- Drive creative collaboration by optimizing assets, messaging, and landing pages with media and creative partners.
- Support the Team
- Partner with leadership to ensure portfolio health and client satisfaction.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to junior talent, with the likelihood of managing one direct report within 3–6 months.
Requirements
- 7+ years of paid media experience in an agency environment, ideally with high-growth/DTC brands
- Deep expertise in Paid Social (Meta/TikTok); experience with Paid Search or other social platforms a plus
- Proven ability to ramp quickly, own client relationships, and manage portfolios independently
- Strong client-facing communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to deliver polished decks that influence outcomes
- Experience directly managing others preferred; excitement to mentor and grow talent required
- Scrappy, adaptable mindset; energized by working in a lean, fast-paced, high-caliber team
- Background at competitor agencies (Tinuiti, Wpromote, Power Digital, Merkle, etc.) a plus
