Use analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce/Pardot) to set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive data-backed decisions.
Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to align campaigns with business objectives and customer needs.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and measurable impact.

Requirements
8+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or integrated marketing, with increasing leadership responsibilities; must have homebuilding industry experience.
Proven ability to design and scale full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Expertise across key channels: paid media, lifecycle email, social media, and analytics, with ability to balance hands-on execution and high-level strategy.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience building and mentoring teams.
Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce/Pardot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics; experience with offline channels (e.g., direct mail) is a plus.
Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building programs from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
