About the role

  • Set the vision, build strategy, and lead execution across the marketing ecosystem (paid media, lifecycle email, social, geo-specific campaigns).
  • Shape full-funnel strategy to drive qualified leads, educate long-consideration buyers, and strengthen presence across regional markets.
  • Define and lead multi-channel marketing strategy across email, paid media, social, and regional campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Build and optimize nurture programs that deepen engagement and trust with long-lead buyers, shaping the customer journey from first touch to close.
  • Oversee paid media investments across Google Ads, Meta, and Connected TV, setting budgets, optimizing performance, and driving ROI for real estate–specific lead generation.
  • Shape the company’s social media presence and content strategy to strengthen brand awareness and engagement at scale.
  • Develop and implement market-specific go-to-market strategies for regional opportunities.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce/Pardot) to set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive data-backed decisions.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to align campaigns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and build the foundation for scalable, measurable growth in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or integrated marketing, with increasing leadership responsibilities; must have homebuilding industry experience.
  • Proven ability to design and scale full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact.
  • Expertise across key channels: paid media, lifecycle email, social media, and analytics, with ability to balance hands-on execution and high-level strategy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience building and mentoring teams.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce/Pardot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics; experience with offline channels (e.g., direct mail) is a plus.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building programs from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
