National Sales Director – Private Wealth and Broking

Account Manager

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic licensee relationships
• Build trusted, multi-level relationships across head office and adviser networks
• Develop and execute structured account plans aligned to growth targets
• Drive platform adoption, engagement and net flows
• Identify and unlock opportunities while removing barriers to growth
• Align internal teams to deliver coordinated, scalable outcomes

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the end‑to‑end investment product operating model, including governance frameworks, investment onboarding, in‑life product activities, and maintaining clear operational independence while partnering with Investment Governance & Research.
• Drive execution and continuous uplift of the DDO framework across all investment menus and managed investment schemes, ensuring strong distribution oversight, monitoring, review triggers, and alignment with Legal, Risk & Compliance, the Trustee Office and Operations.
• Lead commercial negotiations with fund managers to secure sustainable, member‑benefit–aligned arrangements.

Product Analyst

• Support onboarding of new managed account portfolios
• Review and update Product Disclosure Statements PDS
• Analyse and improve fee and cost methodologies to enhance competitiveness
• Use Power BI and internal data to generate insights and reporting
• Conduct industry research and support due diligence, competitor analysis and committee processes
• Partner with stakeholders across product, operations, technology and distribution to gather requirements and align on delivery
• Translate stakeholder inputs into clear documentation, analysis and actionable outcomes
• Support cross functional initiatives by coordinating inputs, managing timelines and ensuring key milestones are met

Product Manager

• Build deep domain expertise across investment administration, tax reporting, wrap statements, and asset administration
• Define and evolve the product strategy, focusing on the most impactful problems that improve reporting accuracy, transparency, and scalability
• Lead discovery by working closely with stakeholders to understand pain points, map workflows, and uncover opportunities to improve client and operational outcomes
• Drive the uplift of wrap statements and tax reporting, including contributing to the evolution of the tax registry
• Support the development and ongoing management of new and existing asset types
• Simplify complex, process heavy workflows into scalable solutions that reduce manual handling and risk
