About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build deep domain expertise across investment administration, tax reporting, wrap statements, and asset administration
Define and evolve the product strategy, focusing on the most impactful problems that improve reporting accuracy, transparency, and scalability
Lead discovery by working closely with stakeholders to understand pain points, map workflows, and uncover opportunities to improve client and operational outcomes
Drive the uplift of wrap statements and tax reporting, including contributing to the evolution of the tax registry
Support the development and ongoing management of new and existing asset types
Simplify complex, process heavy workflows into scalable solutions that reduce manual handling and risk
Partner with engineering and stakeholders to deliver iterative improvements, using data and insights to measure impact and guide decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven product management experience within investment platforms, financial services, or similarly complex environments
Strong exposure to investment administration, tax reporting, client reporting, or asset management processes
Experience working with data heavy systems and understanding how financial data flows through platforms
Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders
Experience working in cross functional teams with engineering and business partners
A structured, outcome focused approach to problem solving, with the ability to balance short term needs with longer term improvements
Comfort working in a product led environment where teams are empowered to explore solutions and continuously improve
A product-led mindset, with the ability to balance day-to-day operational needs with longer-term architectural improvement
