Product Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support onboarding of new managed account portfolios
- Review and update Product Disclosure Statements PDS
- Analyse and improve fee and cost methodologies to enhance competitiveness
- Use Power BI and internal data to generate insights and reporting
- Conduct industry research and support due diligence, competitor analysis and committee processes
- Partner with stakeholders across product, operations, technology and distribution to gather requirements and align on delivery
- Translate stakeholder inputs into clear documentation, analysis and actionable outcomes
- Support cross functional initiatives by coordinating inputs, managing timelines and ensuring key milestones are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in superannuation, wealth management or investments, ideally within managed accounts
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and review
- Comfortable using Excel and data tools, with Power BI experience highly regarded
- Confident engaging with stakeholders across product, operations, technology and distribution
- Able to translate technical or detailed information into clear, practical outputs for different audiences
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build trust
- Exposure to product management and PDS creation is highly valued
- Curious, collaborative and keen to learn in a fast paced environment
