About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support onboarding of new managed account portfolios
  • Review and update Product Disclosure Statements PDS
  • Analyse and improve fee and cost methodologies to enhance competitiveness
  • Use Power BI and internal data to generate insights and reporting
  • Conduct industry research and support due diligence, competitor analysis and committee processes
  • Partner with stakeholders across product, operations, technology and distribution to gather requirements and align on delivery
  • Translate stakeholder inputs into clear documentation, analysis and actionable outcomes
  • Support cross functional initiatives by coordinating inputs, managing timelines and ensuring key milestones are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in superannuation, wealth management or investments, ideally within managed accounts
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and review
  • Comfortable using Excel and data tools, with Power BI experience highly regarded
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders across product, operations, technology and distribution
  • Able to translate technical or detailed information into clear, practical outputs for different audiences
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build trust
  • Exposure to product management and PDS creation is highly valued
  • Curious, collaborative and keen to learn in a fast paced environment
