• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using industry-leading RPA tools.
• Gather business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop documentation (automation documentation, user manuals & instructions).
• Support UAT execution and deploy solutions in multiple environments.
• Support Operations after go-live; monitor and measure solution effectiveness.
• Revise and improve code of existing solutions; perform code optimization and bug fixes.

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients; establish, develop, and grow new and existing business
