About the role
- Support three HR Business Partners in office organisation and project work
- Administrative tasks: maintain personnel files, document management, create templates (references, contract amendments), payroll preparations
- Recruiting and onboarding: publish job ads, maintain employer profiles, applicant management, develop onboarding materials
- Organise workshops, team events and projects to foster firm culture; contribute ideas
- Conduct research tasks and smaller projects as needed
- Coordinate enquiries from service providers, review offers, act as communication bridge
- Support employer branding projects and prepare external events with marketing team
- Bring structure, energy and hands-on support to People & Culture team
Requirements
- Commercial training or comparable qualification (Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
- Ideally initial experience as assistant or in HR
- Organizational talent with structured, precise and independent working style
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks and working with digital tools (e.g. MS Office, Acrobat, HR software, cloud services)
- Strong service orientation and team spirit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with tact and sensitivity
- Discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data
- Enthusiasm for dynamic environment and shaping processes
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach to everyday work life
- Minimum 25 hours per week (part-time from 25h)
