About the role

  • Administration and support of payroll processes
  • Answering questions related to HR and labor law in German-speaking countries, including direct email or telephone contact with client's employees
  • Database administration (SAP HR or other)
  • Working time management, administration and monitoring of complex processes and their impact on remuneration
  • Payroll calculation and control

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Experience in a position in the area of HR/customer service/administration dedicated to German-speaking markets
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
  • Knowledge of reporting tools
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Experience in working with the SAP HR system will be an additional advantage
  • Current and future work authorization in the country where you're applying (no visa sponsorship by Strada)
