About the role
- Administration and support of payroll processes
- Answering questions related to HR and labor law in German-speaking countries, including direct email or telephone contact with client's employees
- Database administration (SAP HR or other)
- Working time management, administration and monitoring of complex processes and their impact on remuneration
- Payroll calculation and control
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Experience in a position in the area of HR/customer service/administration dedicated to German-speaking markets
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
- Knowledge of reporting tools
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in working with the SAP HR system will be an additional advantage
- Current and future work authorization in the country where you're applying (no visa sponsorship by Strada)
