Responsible for full cycle global payroll administration
Maintain accuracy of payroll system data to deliver monthly payrolls
Liaise and provide incite for Global Payroll Vendor(s) to ensure accuracy and compliance
Research payroll issues and be a key resource on payroll matters
Work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate with Regional HRBPs, HR Directors, and Finance teams
Support system implementations and integration projects as needed
Serve as a utility player within the global Total Rewards & HR Operations team
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of related professional experience with international, managed payrolls.
Knowledge of payroll taxes, social insurance, pension schemes, and labor laws for multiple countries on a global scale; experience supporting EMEA and APAC payrolls preferred
Hands-on HR systems experience; Workday experience preferred
Understanding of business and financial programs and terminologies; experience with Payroll accounting preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ex. pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas, etc.)
Analytical and consultative capabilities to “story tell”, both simple and complex information to a directed and/or wide audience in both written and oral form
Crisp attention to detail; creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work with pressing deadlines, manage time, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities
