Specialize in FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products to support K-12 private and faith-based schools
Create resources, lead webinars, develop workshops, blog posts, analytics spreadsheets, reports and checklists related to product best practices
Work with FACTS customers to evaluate school usage, configuration, and overall implementation of Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products
Teach existing customers how to manage processes and improve usage, configuration and implementation
Work directly with the FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management Product Manager to align best practices with the product roadmap
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Implementation, Product Management, Sales and Account Management)
Host online and onsite best practice workshops for existing customers and prospects
Educate and train internal teams on FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management best practices
Travel nationally up to 50% to deliver onsite workshops and customer engagements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in education, business and/or technology
3 years experience working in the Business office at a K-12 private school (or equivalent experience in related area work)
3 years experience working with FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products and services
Expert in strategies around the FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products
Ability to develop individualized, creative solutions to complex problems on a per-customer basis
Passionate about providing world-class customer service
Solid working knowledge of existing FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products, as well as stand-alone financial products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Very detail oriented and a creative thinker
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to work as a team player and establish good rapport with co-workers
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful and patient)
Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills
Strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications, Web Forms, and the Internet
Ability to effectively instruct clients in the use of computer software and other services
Ability to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines
Strong initiative to get tasks and objectives completed without supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively lead change
Ability to travel nationally up to 50% of the year
