About the role

  • Driving continued growth for Neat by identifying new customers in the commercial Small Business segment
  • Lead sales efforts in the US, reporting to the Regional Sales Director
  • Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities and take full ownership of strategic approach
  • Leverage network in the region, attend events and act as an ambassador for Neat
  • Keep updated of market trends and competitor landscape and opportunities
  • Feed market insight back to product and development teams
  • Provide mentorship and coaching within the team
  • Define, design and iterate sales processes to support hyper-growth

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in driving effective sales practice in Small Business accounts
  • Regional experience of commercial customers in Small Business
  • Proven background in inside / virtual sales
  • Levering your network in the region to uncover new business, attending events and acting as an ambassador for Neat
  • Knowledge of the video conferencing a plus but not a requirement
  • Experience scaling a fast-growth technology business a must
  • Designing strategic go-to-market plans
  • Developing new business, a track record in growing new business areas
  • Located in north east US
