Lead sales efforts in the US, reporting to the Regional Sales Director
Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities and take full ownership of strategic approach
Leverage network in the region, attend events and act as an ambassador for Neat
Keep updated of market trends and competitor landscape and opportunities
Feed market insight back to product and development teams
Provide mentorship and coaching within the team
Define, design and iterate sales processes to support hyper-growth
Requirements
Extensive experience in driving effective sales practice in Small Business accounts
Regional experience of commercial customers in Small Business
Proven background in inside / virtual sales
Levering your network in the region to uncover new business, attending events and acting as an ambassador for Neat
Knowledge of the video conferencing a plus but not a requirement
Experience scaling a fast-growth technology business a must
Designing strategic go-to-market plans
Developing new business, a track record in growing new business areas
Located in north east US
