About the role

  • Lead and grow a sales team for the US Heartland region, mentoring and coaching high-potential Neaters
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and report to VP Sales, Americas
  • Take ownership of the region P&L, budgets and headcount planning
  • Drive continued growth by identifying new customers and developing new business in the region
  • Leverage regional network, attend events and act as an ambassador for Neat
  • Monitor market trends, understand competitor landscape and identify opportunities
  • Define, design and iterate sales processes to support hyper-growth

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in team leadership and development
  • Budget and P&L responsibility
  • Established network of mid market & enterprise customer contacts
  • Knowledge of the video conferencing a plus
  • Scaling a fast-growth technology business a must
  • Designing strategic go-to-market plans
  • Developing new business, a track record in growing new business areas
  • Energized in fast-paced environments
