About the role
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A): Assist in building budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning
- Partner with business teams: Collaborate with department leaders to track performance against budgets, analyze variances, and provide financial insights
- Conduct analysis and reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
- Enable decision-making: Create materials that summarize financial results and provide insights for internal stakeholders
- Maintain financial systems and processes: Work with the team to ensure accuracy in financial tools and reporting systems
- Contribute to process improvements: Help identify opportunities to streamline and scale finance processes
- Report to the Manager, FP&A and build strong partnerships with business leaders to improve visibility into performance and support decision-making
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Strong experience with headcount planning, including tracking new hires, backfills, transfers, and tracking changes between scenario versions and actuals
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Workday or similar) and planning tools (Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Visa/work permit sponsorship is not available (must have authorization to work in the country applied for)
