Accounting Manager

• Lead the international US GAAP accounting team based in Dublin, managing the US GAAP close for 30+ international entities
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual US GAAP close processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting
• Review and oversee reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Partner with local, regional, and US-based accounting teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with corporate timelines
• Prepare and present financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership
• Drive process improvements, standardization, automation (including use of AI), and efficiencies across accounting functions
• Implement, own, and continuously improve internal controls including SOX; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Support external audits by providing audit backup files and documentation in collaboration with Statutory Accounting
• Support finance transformation projects, ERP implementations, and other strategic initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and AP and provide accounting guidance to stakeholders
