Field Engineer

Field Service Technician II

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at our customers’ locations.
• Problem-solve at a basic module level (FRU), organize and plan your time effectively, and know when and to whom to escalate issues to.
• Apply the knowledge that you learn during your on-the-job training to resolve task related problems in straightforward situations emphasizing on manual skills.
• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs. You will learn this on Day 1.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific Trainings and Certifications on our training website.
• Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately reporting hours worked and miles driven daily.

Field Service Technician I – Entry Level

Account Executive

• Position responsible for selling solutions and services to increase NCR's market share and profitability.
• Execute the sales process by moving new opportunities successfully through the funnel.
• Primary focus is on account planning and opportunity planning to grow Banking self-service solutions, software, and services business.
• Targets local accounts, mainly large retail Banks and payment providers at senior and executive levels.
• Secures funding for future initiatives at the executive level.
• Accountable for building relationships with prospective and competitive customers.
• Key interface in defining customer needs and NCR's ability to meet those needs through banking solutions.
• Serve as the liaison between the customer and NCR in regard to issues for new customer, escalating any roadblocks to securing the business.
• Responsible for proposing and closing deals in the above-mentioned solutions.
• Position is ultimately responsible for direct sales (revenue and orders) into both current accounts and new accounts.
• Responsible for the profitable sales of NCR solution portfolio products including hardware, software, professional services, and maintenance services.
• Responsible for attainment of profit goals of the business, whilst maximizing customer retention & delight.
• Ensure the timely update of the sales funnel.
• Analyze creation of solution offer and proposal development.

• Performing maintenance repair and system overhauls (like modular swaps and unit replacements)
