Project Manager

• Single Point of Contact for the project (SPOC)
• Pre-deployment support in terms of reviewing and understanding, and providing some input to the SOW
• Communicates plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
• Interfaces with clients to detail specific project deliverables
• Works with financial customers, develops relationships, and manages project staff and/or third-party vendors
• Develops project plans including a timeline of goals and/or a milestone tracker
• Oversees scheduling and EPM requirements
• Develops communication plans including documentation, reports, cadence, participants, meetings
• Tracks project performance and analyzes deliverables against requirements, including quality control

• Schedules and facilitates meetings with stakeholders, project team, and others to communicate progress, issues, and timelines for the resolution of issues
• Reports on project progress to stakeholders and management to ensure KPIs of deliverables are met
• Works with other stakeholders to define and document the scope of work required for successful completion of projects, as well as identify third party service providers
• Determines and outlines roles and responsibilities for project tasks, including third party vendors
• Creates and communicates “customer specific” metrics as required.
• Responsible for adherence to policies and processes related to various tasks outlined within the department.

ATM Deployment Project Manager

Manager

• Oversee the progress and performance of the software support workgroup and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Clearly set expectations, define goals, and monitor progress for both the team and individuals.
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and mentoring to build strong individual and team capabilities.
• Ensure quality management across the workgroup, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
• Resolve operational problems, escalations, and critical incidents for technical and non-technical issues.

Software Support Manager

Account Executive

• Generate and qualify new opportunities using AI-assisted research, account analysis, and signal detection
• Use Copilot and AI tools to identify customer pain points, triggers, and environment gaps
• Analyze financial institutions’ channel, ATM, and self-service environments
• Conduct structured discovery conversations informed by AI-driven preparation
• Collaborate with senior account executives, software specialists, and sales engineers
• Ensure orders reflect correct terms, pricing, and subscription structures
• Analyze pipeline and sales performance trends
• Continuously refine selling approaches through feedback and experimentation

Software Account Executive

Implementation Specialist

• The Customer Engineer will make minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment such as PCs, workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems, First Line Maintenance on ATMs and kiosks, and single pocket proof encoders.
• The Customer Engineer will also assist in site preparation--including installation of cable, staging of equipment, and minor testing of equipment.
• The Customer Engineer may also perform required modular swaps and unit replacements or perform preventative maintenance services.
• Responds to all customer concerns or problems by resolving them or by escalating them to the proper associate, team member, territory manager, or the Control Tower.
• The Customer Engineer will have ownership of the customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction and/or within the parameters of the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Customer Engineer II

Field Engineer

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs. You will learn this on Day 1.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications on our training website.
• Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.

Field Service Technician I – Entry Level

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance for equipment and systems
• Execute simple corrective actions such as system resets, configuration checks, and minor component replacements
• Support physical installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer or operational sites
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities, including inspections, cleaning, and basic adjustments
• Deliver, replace, and return spare or defective parts while ensuring accurate part usage and documentation
• Accurately record time worked, tasks completed, and service outcomes in designated service management tools
• Follow documented service procedures, safety guidelines, and site-specific requirements
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level technical support teams as directed
• Provide basic status updates and participate in service coordination touchpoints when scheduled

Field Service Technician II – Part-Time

DevOps Engineer

• Design and implement AKS-based deployment strategies using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Automate Azure services deployment including App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Container Apps
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitHub Workflows
• Manage build and release processes
• Implement GitOps workflows using Flux or ArgoCD for AKS deployments
• Ensure secure and compliant deployments through DevSecOps principles
• Configure observability solutions for monitoring and alerting
• Troubleshoot AKS clusters and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline application deployment
• Support ITSM processes and ensure compliance with SOC audit requirements
• Document deployment procedures and provide training

DevOps Engineer I

Sales

• Support our sales organization in both day-to-day operations and strategic projects
• Serve as a dedicated central interface between Sales, Operations and customers
• Create, maintain and enhance proposal and pricing templates
• Standardize and manage system configurations and third-party products for the German market
• Support the sales team in the bid approval process (documents, calculations, coordination)
• Plan, align and communicate product catalog changes — internally and at on-site customer checkpoints
