Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs. You will learn this on Day 1.
Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications on our training website.
Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
Maintain parts inventory and related records.
Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.

Requirements

Must reside in the specified geographic area.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must have a high level of personal integrity and work well with minimal supervision.
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving skills, be able to pick up new skills quickly, and work well under pressure.
Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
Ability to perform essential functions of the job which include: Prolonged travel during several hours of the workday, which includes inclement weather. Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.
