• Review daily vendor reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform import checks to confirm successful data uploads.
• Complete ATM reconciliation using internal processes and reconciliation applications.
• Verify vault balances and investigate exceptions.
• Monitor overall cash positions for each vault cash provider, including:
• Cash in ATMs
• Cash in vaults
• Cash in transit
• Over/short positions
• Identify and resolve ATM out-of-balance situations, tracking issues to resolution.
• Prepare management reports such as out-of-balance counts and armored carrier performance.

• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at our customers’ locations.
• Problem-solve at a basic module level (FRU), organize and plan your time effectively, and know when and to whom to escalate issues to.
• Apply the knowledge that you learn during your on-the-job training to resolve task related problems in straightforward situations emphasizing on manual skills.
• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs. You will learn this on Day 1.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific Trainings and Certifications on our training website.
• Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately reporting hours worked and miles driven daily.
