About the role
- Support our sales organization in both day-to-day operations and strategic projects
- Serve as a dedicated central interface between Sales, Operations and customers
- Create, maintain and enhance proposal and pricing templates
- Standardize and manage system configurations and third-party products for the German market
- Support the sales team in the bid approval process (documents, calculations, coordination)
- Plan, align and communicate product catalog changes — internally and at on-site customer checkpoints
- Actively communicate with customers, partners and internal departments
- Prepare, set up and manage rollout and upgrade projects
- Set up, book and track specific customer orders
- Assist with invoice tracking
- Analyze and evaluate projects and orders
- Maintain relevant master data (product IDs, customer numbers, mappings)
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable commercial qualification
- Professional experience in Business Development, inside sales, Sales Support or project environments
- Strong process and numerical affinity and a structured, analytical way of working
- Confident use of MS Office applications, in particular Excel, Word and Teams, as well as quotation and pricing tools
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working with interdisciplinary, international teams
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent, reliable, accurate and solution-oriented working style
