About the role

  • Support our sales organization in both day-to-day operations and strategic projects
  • Serve as a dedicated central interface between Sales, Operations and customers
  • Create, maintain and enhance proposal and pricing templates
  • Standardize and manage system configurations and third-party products for the German market
  • Support the sales team in the bid approval process (documents, calculations, coordination)
  • Plan, align and communicate product catalog changes — internally and at on-site customer checkpoints
  • Actively communicate with customers, partners and internal departments
  • Prepare, set up and manage rollout and upgrade projects
  • Set up, book and track specific customer orders
  • Assist with invoice tracking
  • Analyze and evaluate projects and orders
  • Maintain relevant master data (product IDs, customer numbers, mappings)

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Professional experience in Business Development, inside sales, Sales Support or project environments
  • Strong process and numerical affinity and a structured, analytical way of working
  • Confident use of MS Office applications, in particular Excel, Word and Teams, as well as quotation and pricing tools
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working with interdisciplinary, international teams
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, reliable, accurate and solution-oriented working style
