Customer Engineer, I

• Owner of customer incidents as assigned
• Make minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment such as PCs, workstations, peripherals, and printers
• Assist in site preparation including installation of cable, staging of equipment, and minor testing
• Perform required modular swaps and unit replacements or preventative maintenance services
• Respond to all customer concerns or problems and ensure resolution to customer satisfaction

Customer Engineer

Analyst

• Review daily vendor reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform import checks to confirm successful data uploads.
• Complete ATM reconciliation using internal processes and reconciliation applications.
• Verify vault balances and investigate exceptions.
• Monitor overall cash positions for each vault cash provider, including:
• Cash in ATMs
• Cash in vaults
• Cash in transit
• Over/short positions
• Identify and resolve ATM out-of-balance situations, tracking issues to resolution.
• Prepare management reports such as out-of-balance counts and armored carrier performance.

Bilingual Cash Reconciliation Analyst

• Este puesto es responsable de llevar a cabo actividades de mantenimiento e instalación en los equipos informáticos de nuestros clientes, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de los mismos y una experiencia positiva para el cliente.
• Asimismo, será responsable de confeccionar y reportar los Informes de Actividad utilizando las herramientas de gestión establecidas por la Compañía.
• Cumplir con los procesos operativos definidos y contribuir a alcanzar los objetivos establecidos por la Dirección de Servicios.
• Provee soporte hardware y software Atención y cierre de llamadas de clientes, desde la asignación del trabajo hasta la reparación del incidente del cliente, cumpliendo las métricas establecidas.

• Review daily incoming documentation in response to chargeback notifications
• Review incoming journals and validate if the documentation supports filing a representment with the networks
• Review transaction to determine the appropriate network routing and then ensure network representment rules are met before submitting to the network for credit
• Perform any necessary research and look up specific transaction details that need to be included with the representment case
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned throughout review period

Chargeback Analyst

Technical Account Manager

• Monitor critical systems, integrations, and operational workflows to ensure availability, performance, and reliability
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues, escalating when needed
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to support leadership decision‑making
• Track KPIs related to system performance, operational health, and service delivery
• Document current‑state processes and recommend improvements to reduce manual effort and errors
• Support automation initiatives and tooling enhancements
• Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices
• Work closely with Engineering, IT, Product, and Business teams to support launches, changes, and ongoing operations
• Translate technical issues into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders
• Support change management and release readiness activities

ATM Technical Account Manager

Field Engineer

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access

Field Service Technician II

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance for equipment and systems
• Execute simple corrective actions such as system resets, configuration checks, and minor component replacements
• Support physical installation, setup, removal, and commissioning of equipment at customer or operational sites
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities, including inspections, cleaning, and basic adjustments
• Deliver, replace, and return spare or defective parts while ensuring accurate part usage and documentation
• Accurately record time worked, tasks completed, and service outcomes in designated service management tools
• Follow documented service procedures, safety guidelines, and site-specific requirements
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level technical support teams as directed
• Provide basic status updates and participate in service coordination touchpoints when scheduled

Technical Operations Analyst II

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs. You will learn this on Day 1.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific Trainings and Certifications on our training website.
• Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately reporting hours worked and miles driven daily.
