About the role

  • Launch and lead Midwest DSP expansion and establish FreeWheel presence in Chicago/Midwest
  • Evangelize the platform and supply to independent agencies and programmatic teams
  • Prospect and close net-new opportunities with a hunter’s, consultative sales approach
  • Maintain high level of sales activity and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Build and expand market presence and create a unique playbook for growth in the territory
  • Develop and execute account plans to expand platform adoption and deepen client engagement
  • Translate client marketing objectives into actionable programmatic strategies using the DSP and data solutions
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships within independent agencies as a trusted advisor
  • Deliver tailored platform demonstrations showcasing DSP capabilities and value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and account management across FreeWheel & Comcast
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product development and go-to-market strategy
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive platforms, and client needs to inform strategy and positioning

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales experience, including at least 3+ years selling DSP/programmatic platforms directly to agencies
  • Established connections within Midwest independent agency networks
  • Proven ability to expand territories, influence decision-makers and lead a complex deal lifecycle
  • Strong new-business development track record with direct platform sales experience
  • Deep understanding of programmatic sales and platform-specific challenges
  • Exceptional presentation, organization, storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented with a passion for digital media
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
  • BA/BS degree required (Comcast may consider combinations of coursework and experience)
