About the role
- Promote and sell Company products and services using a consultative sales approach
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and engage new and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and transition support calls into sales opportunities
- Educate customers on products and services using available tools and adhere to established sales processes
- Maintain accurate data entry and navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, participate in huddles and call backs
- Maintain professional demeanor, make customer-centric decisions, and help elevate opportunities to improve customer experience
- Work target shifts (1:30pm - 10:00pm EST) and weekends as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Relevant Work Experience: 0-2 Years
- Communication, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Customer-Focused, Persuasion, Professional Integrity, Resilience, Technical Knowledge, Workplace Organization
- Ability to use standard office tools (keyboard, mouse, headset)
- Technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems and input data accurately
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Customer-focused with consultative sales approach
- 100% Remote work-from-home role
- Uncapped Commissions: targeted at $17,000+ per year (~$1,416+ per month)
