About the role
- Plan and design new software and web applications.
- Analyze, test and assist with the integration of new applications.
- Oversee the documentation of all development activity.
- Train non-technical personnel.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements.
- Conduct analysis to determine integration needs.
- Design new software and web applications, support applications under development and customize current applications.
- Develop software update process for existing applications.
- Assist in the roll-out of software releases.
- Train junior Software Development Engineers on internally developed software applications.
- Oversee the researching, writing and editing of documentation and technical requirements, including evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals and formal recommendations and reports.
- Keep current with technological developments within the industry.
- Monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the design process and guidance with regards to practices, procedures and techniques.
- Serve as a guide and mentor for junior level Software Development Engineers.
- Assist in tracking and evaluating performance metrics.
- Ensure team delivers software on time, to specification and within budget.
- Work with Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.
- Display expertise in knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts and skills and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.
- Present and defend architectural, design and technical choices to internal audiences.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Must successfully pass the Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) security process or other clearances as needed.
- College degree in business or technical discipline; or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, preferably Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), as a solution designer/ subject matter expert.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of CLM processes, contract templates, workflows, and metadata management.
- Experience integrating Icertis with enterprise systems such as Dynamics, ServiceNow and CSG using MuleSoft
- Familiarity with Azure, REST APIs, and enterprise security protocols.
- Advanced skills in reporting, dashboarding, and data extraction from Icertis.
- Experience with configuration, scripting, and custom development within the Icertis platform.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and accompanying organizational and follow-up skills
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
- Must be detail-oriented and willingness to continually self-educate
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dynamics data modeling.
- Understanding of CRM workflows, customer data management, and reporting.
