Network Engineer

• Provide advanced technical support within a 24/7/365 Technical Operations Center (TOC), specializing in complex network, datacenter, cloud, and enterprise application incidents.
• Act as final escalation point for incidents unresolved by Tier 1 and Tier 2 personnel.
• Receive and resolve escalated incidents within SLA targets.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across network, voice/video, datacenter, applications/databases, end-user performance, and AWS cloud.
• Lead root cause analysis for high-severity incidents and document corrective actions.
• Use Splunk for log analysis, event correlation, and proactive detection of anomalies.
• Assist in engineering projects, upgrades, and integrations of enterprise monitoring and management tools.
• Implement AIOps and automation initiatives to improve incident detection, correlation, and resolution.
• Collaborate with Performance & Analytics team to analyze trends and identify proactive remediation opportunities.
