💰 $140,116 - $210,174 per year
About the role
- Partner with assigned client organizations and HR team to ensure strategies and initiatives are met
- Oversee coordination of recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation and employee relations activities
- Counsel, orientate and train managers and supervisors on interpretation and administration of HR policies
- Administer HR policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees
- Oversee, handle and manage Employee Relations issues; assist with employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services
- Manage direct reports
- Ensure compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies
- Administer compensation programs and assist in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management
- Develop financial and operational objectives and ensure operational plans align with business objectives
- Contribute to functional strategy development
- Regularly exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred; Comcast may consider combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience)
- 7-10 Years Relevant Work Experience
- Skills: Communication, Human Resources (HR), Ideation, Meeting Goals, New Hire Onboarding, Taking Initiative
- Experience managing direct reports
- Experience administering compensation programs, job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management
- Knowledge of federal, state and local compliance and guidelines
- Experience handling employee relations, counseling, discipline and grievance handling
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
