About the role
- Inspire clients and the People Excellence team with vision on the human aspect of organizations
- Advise clients on leadership, change management, and HR topics like organizational development, talent management, and DEI
- Understand organizational dynamics to determine the best change approach
- Team leadership and responsibility for business development with annual revenue targets
- Lead challenging programmes and projects: strategy design, transformation guidance, and implementation
- Build trusted relationships with key client accounts to expand BearingPoint’s presence
- Stakeholder management with senior client stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
- Coach and train clients and colleagues to maximise their potential
- Keep up with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve services
Requirements
- 8+ years of practical experience in business transformation, change management, and HR
- Proven ability to build and inspire an engaged team with your own vision
- Established network of professional contacts
- Experience working with sales objectives and targets, business development experience
- Skilled in team leadership and staff development
- Proficient in translating client needs into solutions and action plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English
