About the role

  • Serve as integral member of HR Shared Services Team providing administrative HR support
  • Act as primary contact for records retention and retrieval processes
  • Complete I-9 verifications for associates
  • Support HR-related audits and HR-related mail handling
  • Act as primary expeditor for HR Services information requests and employment verifications
  • Provide exceptional support to internal and external partners and interact with associates at all levels
  • Identify process improvements and work to increase operational efficiency

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year of related experience
  • Ability to work in office 1 day a week
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe, Microsoft Office products, including Outlook (or other calendar management systems)
  • Experience in a customer service or other relevant customer facing role
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high-quality experience, providing exceptional support to both internal and external partners
  • Comfortable interacting with associates at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to seek ways to improve processes and work more efficiently
  • High sense of urgency; able to work in fast paced, confidential, time sensitive environment
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to work professionally with all levels of management and handle difficult situations with sensitivity
  • Preferred: Prior HR experience and knowledge of HR
