About the role
- Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverables
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including sourcing, resume review, prescreening, qualifying candidates, submitting candidates for review, and sending official offers
- Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview teams and consult with hiring managers on selection process and next steps
- Ensure all candidates are communicated with regardless of status to ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience
- Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and maintain a fluid talent pipeline
- Attend job fairs and other community outreach events as requested
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends and industry best practices
Requirements
- DoD SkillBridge eligibility: has served at least 180 days on active duty
- DoD SkillBridge eligibility: within 180 days of separation or retirement
- DoD SkillBridge eligibility: received Unit Commander written authorization and approval to participate prior to start
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Recruitment, or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Excellent writing skills with ability to draft clear, concise, and error-free documents, emails, and reports
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS software (experience with Ashby and ADP is a plus)
- Must be 18 years or older (application asks)
