Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverables
Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including sourcing, resume review, prescreening, qualifying candidates, submitting candidates for review, and sending official offers
Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview teams and consult with hiring managers on selection process and next steps
Ensure all candidates are communicated with regardless of status to ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience
Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates
Maintain and update candidate databases and maintain a fluid talent pipeline
Attend job fairs and other community outreach events as requested
Keep abreast of recruitment trends and industry best practices
Requirements
DoD SkillBridge eligibility: has served at least 180 days on active duty
DoD SkillBridge eligibility: within 180 days of separation or retirement
DoD SkillBridge eligibility: received Unit Commander written authorization and approval to participate prior to start
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Recruitment, or equivalent preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
Excellent writing skills with ability to draft clear, concise, and error-free documents, emails, and reports
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS software (experience with Ashby and ADP is a plus)
Must be 18 years or older (application asks)
