About the role
- Manage a specific pod (Advertising Strategists and Account Specialists) within the Sales Development Team
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise within advertising strategy and media sales
- Partner with Sales Development Managers, Creative Managers, and Sales Managers to define and execute client-specific strategies
- Execute against the defined sales development process and ensure responsibilities follow policies and procedures
- Facilitate and coordinate distribution of sales materials and resources
- Lead assigned advertising sales teams to understand and track schedules for major initiatives and advertising campaigns
- Serve as client-facing partner with Sales to represent solutions and recommendations to advertisers
- Interface with Advertising Sales and other departments to coordinate campaign strategies
- Create work performance standards and resolve operational questions and issues for Advertising Sales Team
- Support company Operating Principles and drive results and growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred; Comcast may consider combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience)
- 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience
- Skills: Leadership, Leadership Management, People Leadership
- Subject matter expertise in advertising strategy and media sales
- Client-facing experience partnering with Sales
- Ability to execute sales development process and coordinate sales materials and resources
- Constantly educate self on key client verticals and industry changes or trends
