About the role
- Partner with execution team leads across Product, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, & Operations to identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and maintain alignment on goals and priorities\n
- Serve as a consultative partner to cross-functional teams by surfacing issues, facilitating working sessions, and driving toward shared outcomes\n
- Support execution of business initiatives across the execution team by coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, and managing documentation\n
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, status updates, and planning materials for weekly/monthly meetings and quarterly reviews with Senior Leadership\n
- Assist in defining and refining operational processes and tools to support better collaboration and efficiency\n
- Support success measurement efforts by contributing to KPI and metric tracking across active initiatives\n
- Communicate progress and blockers in a timely, solution-oriented manner\n
- Measures of Success:\n
- Strong coordination of initiatives and cross-functional support\n
- Increased visibility into initiative progress and performance metrics\n
- Consistent delivery of well-organized project tracking and meeting materials\n
- Effective consultation with partners across functions to solve problems and move initiatives forward\n
- Smooth facilitation of planning sessions, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, project management or a related field\n
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills\n
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive cross-functional alignment\n
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, updates, and planning documents\n
- Comfort with ambiguity and change; ability to navigate competing priorities and drive progress
