About the role

  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives to drive operational excellence, scalability, and user-centric design
  • Design, launch, and manage programs end-to-end, including communications, KPI tracking, operations, change management, and vendor management
  • Manage programs and projects affecting internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communications and measurable outcomes
  • Drive alignment of program objectives with organizational goals and local market adaptation
  • Lead strategic program design and implementation for larger-scale programs
  • Allocate and manage resources, manage risk, and ensure quality metrics are met
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to achieve program objectives and navigate organizational dynamics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management roles, preferably in operations, communications, or tech/SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to develop communication plans, manage stakeholders, and influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience with change management, business operations, and KPI reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex topics into concise messaging
  • Self-starter with a track record of leading programs autonomously and delivering results
  • Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strategic project and resource management experience
  • Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
  • Experience with communication tools (Slack, Confluence, SharePoint)
