About the role
- Developing and managing reports that impact the customer's experience and improved business results.
- Utilizes forecasts to measure accuracy by interval, daily, monthly measures and headcount expense.
- Assists managers in the identification, prioritization, planning development, coordination, support and execution of high impact improvement plans for effective and sustainable cost savings.
- Researches and analyzes diversified data to draw valid conclusions and evaluates and implements new methods and techniques for operational improvement.
- Leads projects and acts as team leader on projects implementing new improvement processes and sharing best practices across sites.
- Analyzes data using web tools and other Company software and prepares recommendations and reports to drive high-impact process improvement efforts.
- Regular collaboration with managers and participation in team initiatives like Net Promoter System and huddles.
Requirements
- Relevant Work Experience 5-7 Years
- Some High School Coursework
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Skills: Analytical Thinking, Business Acumen, Communication, Data Analysis
- Ability to determine own work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues
