About the role

  • Connect Cyderes to the world’s most trusted brands and build relationships with thought leaders in cybersecurity.
  • Work on a team alongside an outside sales representative within a territory in North America.
  • Cold calling, educating customers on Cyderes, uncovering potential opportunities, and scheduling meetings/WebEx.
  • Provide sales support including order and quote entry and deal registration.
  • Provide quality service to internal and external partners and uphold Cyderes values.
  • Work closely with internal/external technical and sales team members to ensure partner and end-user satisfaction.
  • Prospect into new potential partners (value-added resellers, distributors, ISV/technology vendors).
  • Communicate Cyderes' value proposition via phone and utilize CRM to drive channel sales process.
  • Attend technology and sales trainings and trade shows as required and actively solicit Managed Service opportunities.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
  • 2-4 years of Inside sales experience OR customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong sense of urgency and a competitive edge.
