💰 $65,000 - $85,000 per year
About the role
- Leadership and development of a team of trainers and quality assurance staff
- Developing staff, managing internal and external partner relationships, and acting as a subject matter expert for subordinates
- Creating policies/procedures that ensure the achievement of departmental deliverables and performance expectations
- Apply experience and judgment regarding interpretation and application of established policies and procedures related to Navia’s suite of benefit offerings
- Research and present issues of major impact or technical complexity to senior management or refer to appropriate internal experts for resolution
- Coordinate scheduling of new team members and ongoing check-ins on progress
- Coordinate trainings for existing staff & new hires (NDT, HRA, other topics as needed)
- Provide feedback in employee weekly one-one meetings
- Document processes and identify areas for improvement within established processes
- Quality Assurance: check for accuracy and training opportunities
- Ability to multi-task and lead numerous projects concurrently
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable providing constructive feedback and administering disciplinary action
- Expert level understanding of Flexible Spending Arrangements, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, COBRA, Health Savings Accounts, Wellness benefits, and Commuter plans is preferred
- Ability to adapt personal communication style to fit the needs of the team.
