About the role

  • Research potential clients and present personalized TeamViewer offerings
  • Outreach via strategic calling, emails, and social networking to schedule demos for Account Executives
  • Proactively generate new qualified leads and grow individual book of business
  • Identify, connect with, qualify, sort, and track leads
  • Achieve and exceed various core metrics, quotas, and KPIs (minimum number of daily cold calls, emails, etc.)
  • Display exceptional prospecting using consultative phone skills to articulate, influence, and overcome objections
  • Utilize Salesforce to document activities, update contacts, and forecast opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations
  • Work closely with Account Executives across North America and Sales Leadership
  • Prepare for calls with company background research and pertinent lead information
  • Influence the sales process and recommend enhancements based on discovery call learnings

Requirements

  • At least 1 - 3 years of sales experience
  • Comfortable prospecting and delivering short sales pitches and high-level demos
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Experience working in a technology or software sales support position (outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales administration)
  • Record of achieving sales goals
  • Ability to work in a quickly growing segment and achieve targets
  • A driven high energy mindset with an inquisitive mind and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be intrinsically motivated
  • Past SaaS sales experience preferred (though not required)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
