Engage in consultative conversations with financial institutions as they assess their own capabilities, needs, and ability to integrate with our platform
Draft and deliver presentations on technical topics
Prepare and present compelling, tailored demos of Narmi and partner software products
Be an expert in competitor and partner solutions
Draft creative and thorough responses to RFP’s
Liaise with relevant teams cross Narmi (product, implementation, platform success, and customer success teams) on behalf of the sales team to develop solutions and strategies to grow revenue
Contribute to Narmi’s market presence by authoring whitepapers, attending or speaking at industry conferences, and hosting educational sessions for partners and/or consultants
Use technical tools and techniques to convey the business value of the Narmi One Platform, and address questions and concerns that stand between a prospect and a Narmi sale.
Requirements
Located in US Western time zone in a major city
5+ years in customer facing roles (sales, consulting, professional services, etc) at B2B SaaS companies
2+ years working in or closely with financial institutions (preferably banks/credit unions)
2 years Enterprise B2B sales/presales experience (client orgs $100M+)
Excellent communicator, with strong in-room presence and the ability to “own the room”
Track record of owning projects and working autonomously to achieve objectives
Experience working with short turnaround cycles and juggling several (6+) deals/projects simultaneously
Strong team player
Willingness to travel (US domestic) up to 40% (avg is more like 15-20%)
Have hands-on experience with enterprise applications that require deep configuration
Mastery of basic modern web technologies (HTML, XML, JSON, REST services, Javascript and/or Typescript)
Highly Desired: 2+ years prior experience in a Sales Engineering / Solution Engineering role
Highly Desired: 2+ years prior experience working in or servicing US Banks and/or Credit Unions, particularly in the $200M-$20B asset range
Highly Desired: Working knowledge of banking systems, protocols, regulations, and security requirements
Highly Desired: Prior FinTech experience
Highly Desired: Experience with technologies in Narmi’s tech stack (AWS, Node.js, React/React Native, Kubernetes, Python)
