Support Senior Sales Engineers and Sales Representatives during discovery by gathering technical requirements and documenting client needs
Assist in conducting technical demonstrations that showcase Komodo’s platform capabilities
Provide foundational guidance on healthcare claims data, including NDC codes, procedure codes, and claims lifecycle insights
Assist in designing and customizing solutions that integrate Komodo’s data and software products
Support the internal review process for technical proposals by ensuring documentation is accurate and aligned with internal processes
Collaborate with Sr. Sales Engineers to ensure seamless handoffs and customer success
Contribute to internal technical resources by developing templates, FAQs, and best practice guides
In first 12 months: support 5+ opportunities, develop deep expertise in Komodo’s data assets, create technical templates and reusable demo assets, and build strong relationships with internal sales teams
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support roles, preferably in healthcare technology or data services
Experience assisting Sales teams in discovery, qualification, and technical enablement efforts
Foundational understanding of healthcare claims data (e.g., 837/835 data, NDC codes)
Strong technical skills, including exposure to APIs, data integration, and cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Basic knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, or similar healthcare data regulations
Basic knowledge of identity resolution and privacy-preserving linking technologies (strong plus)
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce (nice to have)
Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or technical sales-related fields (nice to have)
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
