Director

• Reporting to the Managing Director & Head of Digital Investigations & Cyber Risk.
• Responsible for helping to drive the expansion of the firm’s Digital Investigations and Cyber Risk practice.
• Develop and execute a business development plan while working closely with senior management and staff.
• Actively grow the firm’s client base by generating significant new business and managing client relationships.
• Direct overall case management process from proposal to delivery of technical support including digital forensics/incident response, security assessment and advice, incident preparedness, etc., to report production, including client relationships, staffing, budgeting, and quality control.
• In addition to managing the overall team, the candidate will be expected to be an active practitioner and have the ability to execute digital forensic analysis, including expert testimony.
• Participate in the training and development of more junior practice professionals.
• Assure the firm’s continued growth and expansion by helping to shape the firm’s overall strategy.

Managing Director, Digital Investigations – Cyber Risk

• Support the administration of bankruptcy estates, litigation and liquidating trusts, and receiverships.
• Identify and analyze causes of action in the insolvency context.
• Advise boards, committees, lenders, and other stakeholders on out-of-court workouts and Chapter 11 matters.
• Analyze complex capital structures, including lien priority and payment waterfalls.
• Work fluently across credit agreements, indentures, and corporate governing documents.
• Translate complex financial, legal, and investigative findings into clear memoranda, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain a live watchlist of stressed and distressed companies and monitor public filings.

Director, Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Special Situations

Events

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sponsorships, conferences, executive dinners, client events, gifting, and marketing initiatives.
• Responsible for executing event logistics, invitations, sponsorship deliverables, Salesforce campaign tracking, and expense reporting.
• Execute established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sponsorships and conferences.
• Research venues and hotels for board meetings and related excursions.
• Create and track event campaigns within Salesforce.
• Track Event Manager/Marketing expenses and prepare monthly expense reports.
• Manage monthly internal events, including menu selection and RSVP management.

• Provide administrative support to multiple senior Managing Directors
• Manage calendars and contacts
• Answer phones, route calls, and take messages
• Monitor project status and compile updates for senior leadership
• Book domestic and international travel
• Process billable time entries
• Create and process expense reports
• Create and format documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat
• Complete conflict and sanctions checks
• Organize documents for use with clients, judges, and/or opposing counsel
• Maintain accurate contact lists in Salesforce and support client intake
• Create and manage records in Salesforce
• Draft engagement letters and track their execution
• Support case management tasks for the team
• Prepare weekly reports of active matters and accounts receivable
• Collaborate with Finance and Business Development personnel on reports and client events

• Support the firm’s global marketing initiatives
• Manage thought leadership process, working with investigations staff
• Draft internal and external communications promoting key achievements
• Manage social media, including content creation and website maintenance
• Assist in delivering AI and SEO optimization goals
• Support concept design and creation of visual elements
• Maintain client databases and support e-marketing campaigns
• Assist in onboarding new hires and managing external relationships
