About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sponsorships, conferences, executive dinners, client events, gifting, and marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for executing event logistics, invitations, sponsorship deliverables, Salesforce campaign tracking, and expense reporting.
  • Execute established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sponsorships and conferences.
  • Research venues and hotels for board meetings and related excursions.
  • Create and track event campaigns within Salesforce.
  • Track Event Manager/Marketing expenses and prepare monthly expense reports.
  • Manage monthly internal events, including menu selection and RSVP management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and invitation management platforms such as Paperless Post.
  • Minimum of one year of experience supporting events, marketing, or executive operations in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with strong stakeholder management and follow-through skills.
