About the role
- Provide functional and technical consulting expertise across PeopleSoft FSCM modules (Financial Management, Procurement and Supplier Management, Order and Inventory Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Service Automation, Grants Management)
- Serve as a Solution Architect, leading high-level solution design and ensuring project execution aligns with future-state goals
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle including pre-sales, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support
- Stay current with PeopleSoft releases and PUM images; demonstrate new features and articulate business benefits to clients
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and delivery of standard PeopleSoft solutions
- Share knowledge and contribute to improving team methodologies and best practices
Requirements
- 8+ years of functional/technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and recent PUM images
- 2–3 full lifecycle implementations (upgrade and new implementations)
- Strong understanding of FSCM setup tables, business processes, and reporting
- Ability to independently lead module implementations across all project phases
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM or Campus Solutions (CS) is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage scope and client expectations
- Proven follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to produce clear, concise status reports
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
