About the role

Lead design, implementation, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions focusing on Sourcing & Procurement and MM
Serve as primary client-facing expert; oversee project deliverables and validate consultant work
Own end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with client business needs and SAP best practices
Lead and guide project delivery team; review/validate functional and technical consultants' work
Manage scoping, solutioning, integration, testing, deployment, and training activities
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across FICO, SD, and Warehouse Management
Provide expert-level training to client end-users and support post-go-live adoption
Act as primary point of contact for clients on SAP S/4HANA Procurement-related topics
Work up to 4-5 hours per day; project duration 6-9 months with possible extension

Minimum 10+ years of experience with SAP ERP
Deep expertise in Sourcing & Procurement and MM, MRP, Demand & Forecasting Planning, Consumption-based Planning, Class & classification, Flexible Workflow
Completed at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
Strong functional understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, inventory management, and purchasing workflows
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure quality delivery across all project phases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience leading workshops and interacting with executive stakeholders
Proven experience in training end-users and supporting post-go-live adoption
SAP certifications in Sourcing & Procurement and/or MM are a strong plus
Hands-on experience as a primary client-facing SAP S/4HANA expert
Familiarity with integration across modules such as FICO, SD, and Warehouse Management
