About the role
- Build an optimized data management strategy around the book to bill cycle and guide supporting business segments and teams to ensure accurate data management
- Partner with regional, technical, and transformational stakeholders to analyze, document, organize, and orchestrate all aspects of the AOMS Master Data Management (MDM) program
- Act as a trusted partner internally and externally, interpret data and insights to drive strategic decisions and deliver recommendations that optimize business processes and support reporting and advanced technology capabilities
- Oversee financial, technical, contractual, and resource commitments with accountability to deliver projects safely, with high quality and profitability
- Report to the Director of AOMS Transformation
- Lead Master Data Management for datasets including Fringe and Pay Rates/Union Rates, Time and Pay Data, Invoicing Data, Compliance Reporting, Prevailing Wage, Tax incentive/rebate, Labor Relations Audit Support
- Support strategic initiatives including Power BI dashboard and reporting development and S&OP master data support (FSRP/Demand Planning)
- Ensure safety and quality are the primary focus on all project activities
- Develop and lead processes to support master data management and compliance reporting
- Own critical issues and strategic initiatives, drive to closure, and report progress at various levels
- Ensure strategic initiatives are properly staffed, managed, and tracked using matrixed resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, technical degree preferred but not required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in leading large, complex MDM strategy and overseeing MDM projects
- Technical leadership experience may be considered in lieu of direct project management experience
- Demonstrated accountability for results while working in a highly independent lead position
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, and Power BI is desired
- Some travel (estimate up to 10%) may be required to customer sites, vendor facilities, or Westinghouse facilities
- Willingness to support outside of typical hours (nights, weekends) occasionally to support critical issues at customer sites
- Ability to partner with regional, technical, and transformational stakeholders and lead matrixed resources
