Own the Full Sales Cycle : Manage both inbound franchise/licensee leads and outbound prospecting efforts — from initial outreach to closed deals.
Consultative Selling : Build rapport with decision-makers, uncover business needs, deliver tailored product demos (including Amplify+ capabilities), and create proposals that solve franchise pain points.
Pipeline & Forecasting : Maintain accurate CRM records, track deal stages, and provide reliable forecasts to consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas.
Strategic Outreach : Proactively research, target, and engage franchise and licensee networks that already have strategic agreements in place, expanding MyStudio’s footprint.
Cross-Team Collaboration : Partner with Marketing to optimize campaigns, with Account Managers to ensure seamless post-sale handoff, and with Product to surface feature requests driven by customer feedback.
Reporting & Insights : Share weekly activity and pipeline updates, analyze win/loss patterns, and continuously refine your approach to improve conversion rates.
Reporting Structure: Reporting to the VP of Strategic Accounts.
Requirements
1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in full-cycle AE, SDR-to-AE, or inside sales roles.
Proven ability to manage both inbound and outbound pipeline and consistently deliver against quotas.
Strong communication and presentation skills — confident engaging decision-makers via phone, video, and email.
Quick learner with the ability to master product features and translate them into clear business value.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with KPIs and monthly goals.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach).
Bonus: Experience in franchise, multi-location retail, or fitness/martial arts communities.
