About the role

  • SplitMetrics is a mobile marketing ecosystem offering Apple Ads automation, agency services, A/B testing, and ASO tools.
  • Lead the Mobile Growth Partners (Account Management) team while owning a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Drive retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across the SplitMetrics ecosystem.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow account managers; set revenue goals and ensure consistent execution.
  • Map accounts, segment opportunities, and build long-term strategic growth plans.
  • Build senior-level relationships and lead QBRs with data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS or performance media sales, ideally in the mobile advertising ecosystem.
  • Extensive background in Account Management or Sales.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas, both individually and through a team.
  • Ability to balance hands-on selling with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
