About the role
- SplitMetrics is a mobile marketing ecosystem offering Apple Ads automation, agency services, A/B testing, and ASO tools.
- Lead the Mobile Growth Partners (Account Management) team while owning a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Drive retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across the SplitMetrics ecosystem.
- Manage, mentor, and grow account managers; set revenue goals and ensure consistent execution.
- Map accounts, segment opportunities, and build long-term strategic growth plans.
- Build senior-level relationships and lead QBRs with data-driven recommendations.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS or performance media sales, ideally in the mobile advertising ecosystem.
- Extensive background in Account Management or Sales.
- Strong track record of exceeding quotas, both individually and through a team.
- Ability to balance hands-on selling with team leadership responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
