About the role

  • Prospect & Qualify Leads – Identify and engage dealer partners who have already started registering with DealerClub, help them finish their registration through outbound calls, emails, texts and video conference.
  • Educate & Build Value – Clearly communicate the benefits of our platform, overcoming objections and addressing dealer pain points.
  • Schedule & Set Demos – Book meetings to showcase our auction platform and onboard new dealers.
  • Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track progress, and follow up with dealers to ensure engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with Account Managers and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Hit & Exceed Goals – Consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Sales-driven mindset – You love engaging with dealers, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills – Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently.
  • Self-starter attitude – Motivated to hit goals and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and digital platforms.
  • Experience in automotive sales, B2B sales, or digital marketplaces is a plus but not required.
